How to prepare the perfect cup of herb and fruit tea:

For one serving:

-Add 1 heaping teaspoon of your loose tea into your filter bag or tea strainer/tea infuser

-Place the filter bag or strainer/infuser into your cup/teapot

-Pour 194 0F hot water into your cup/teapot

-Wait 2-3 min for mild tea; 4-5 min for medium tea; 5-10 min for strong tea 

-Never add milk, maybe add honey, sugar, lemon.

-Matcha Tea

Our premium matcha tea powders rich in antioxidant, which may help you balance your oxidative stress and many conditions related to oxidative stress.

How to prepare the perfect cup matcha tea:

-Add one spoon of matcha with “1 Cup Perfect Matcha Measure Spoon”
Or traditional matcha bamboo spoon into your cup.

- Pour 2 ounces of 176°F hot water. Using a matcha whisk, briskly whisk from side to side until the matcha is fully dispersed and there is a foamy layer on top.
Traditional Japanese matcha tea is done at this point, but to make it milder drink you can combine it with 6 oz of steamed milk or nondairy milk of your choice. Honey, sugar, or other sweeteners are optional.
